VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Bloomington man charged with attempted murder after crashing a stolen truck into a Vigo County man and his vehicle in the man’s driveway and injuring two people remains in custody following an appearance in Vigo County Court.
Dustin L. Roecker appeared in court Thursday following his April 21 arrest. At the hearing, Roecker was served with a no contact order for the victims in the case. A Vigo County judge set the man’s bond at $100,000 with no 10% allowed.

Roecker faces the following charges:
- Attempted Murder (x2)
- A level 1 felony
- Aggravated Battery (x2)
- A level 3 felony
- Battery by means of a deadly weapon
- A level 5 felony
- Leaving the scene of an accident (x2)
- A level 6 felony
- Auto theft (x2)
- A level 6 felony
- Resisting law enforcement using a vehicle
- A level 6 felony
Another hearing, which will be Roecker’s first court hearing with council, is scheduled for next Monday at 1:30 p.m.
