KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Trent Hinkle the Republican incumbent in the Knox County Commissioner’s race for District 2, discussed some of his future plans if he were to be reelected.
Hinkle said he takes a lot of pride in the relationship built between the commissioners and county council since his time in office.
He also said continuing to build on that relationship allows the county to be more unified and motivated to improve all areas in need.
Hinkle said he hopes to continue to be able to make Knox County the best it can be.
“It is important that the people of Knox County are given the opportunities and tools that they need to do what they want in life,” he said. “We are going to continue to increase all of those things as best and quickly as we can. I have been a part of that, and I want to continue to be a part of that.”
There will be more details released as the election approaches. Election Day is on May 7.
